Payment methods and prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

Payment is made via

- Klarna: By leaving information at checkout, you agree to Klarna's terms of use.

- Swish: 123 077 42 81 (SuperDogs Sweden AB). After your payment has been registered on the account, we send/deliver your shipment


Delivery

All goods are sent with PostNord, DHL or home delivery (within Sundsvall's conurbation) and our normal delivery times, for goods in stock, are 1-5 working days.
ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends/red days are sent/delivered on the following Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery should occur, we will notify you as soon as we have received information about this. If the delivery is delayed without us notifying you of a longer delivery time, you contact us directly at the e-mail address info@superdogs.se. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Prices are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) and all prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price. 
Price for shipping with PostNord and DHL: SEK 39 for packages up to 5 kg, SEK 99 up to 10 kg and SEK 119 for packages over 10 kg. We currently only ship within Sweden. Free shipping over SEK 300. 

Within Sundsvall's conurbation, free home delivery is included on various days and times, more information is provided upon order confirmation or via info@superdogs.se. Delivery outside Sundsvall's conurbation can also take place on certain days and times, depending on location. Email us at info@superdogs.se for more info. 

Complaints and right of return

If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you will always get new parts, however, the warranty does not apply to wear and tear damage. You pay the return shipping yourself. For refund - enter your postal giro, bank giro, personal account or bank account number.

 

Right of withdrawal and return

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered fault-free goods without giving any reason. (Note: this does not apply to specially ordered goods) Notification of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods. However, this assumes that the product has not been used and that it is returned in the same condition as it was sent out together with the original packaging. Of course, the candy must not be opened. Pack the item well and return it to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping and any shipping will not be refunded.

The right of withdrawal does not apply:
- If you have used the product and it because its condition cannot be returned

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item.

You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.

Damage to packages and unclaimed packages

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or another carrier and file a damage report. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and file a damage report. If any dispute with the post office or carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.

If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (package approx. 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 350 for our work with handling the goods. Unclaimed package does not count as cancellation of your purchase. According to Swedish law, you must always notify us of the use of the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of your order. 

We reserve the right for possible printing errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. However, we try our best to expose them as accurately as possible.

If you, as a customer, have handled the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function and this led to the product being returned being less valuable, we will deduct an amount corresponding to the product's decrease in value from the amount to be refunded . The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

What personal data do we process:

Name, address, phone number and email address.
We never save data longer than we need and only use your personal data for the purposes stated in this policy.

 

Storage times

The personal data we collect is saved in our customer database for two years. The personal data is stored as a basis for market and customer analyses, for statistical purposes and to be able to provide you with a better offer and service.
 

Consent

Personal data processing that is necessary for us to be able to fulfill a contract with you or for us to be able to fulfill a legal obligation is permitted without consent. In order for us to be able to collect and process your personal data for any other purpose, however, it is required that you consent to the processing. 

You have the right to request that the data about you be deleted, supplemented or corrected. You also have the right to request that the processing of your personal data is limited to certain purposes and, for example, not used for direct advertising or so-called profiling.
